The Event Hall at Cascade is an event venue that specializes in extraordinary. Located in Cascade Heights, we provide your occasion with full service experience. Custom menu, glamorous linen, lavish decor and white glove service will leave your guest amazed.
AVAILABILITY
The Event Hall at Cascade is a Private Event Hall. The EHC is available for rentals 7 days a week throughout the year.With two time slots from 8:00 am-4:00 pm or 6:00 PM -2:00 AM The date(s) requested for rental are considered upon receipt of a deposit.
CAPACITY
The EHC is approximately 2,400 square ft. of space. EHC can accommodate a maximum capacity of 200 people cocktail style.125 guest can be formally seated in our venue.

DEPOSIT
Deposits are required to secure the date of the event and the rental fee is non-refundable. The security deposit will be used against any damage, excessive cleaning or staff overtime caused by client, guests, or vendors.
CLOSING TIME
The client should disperse by party ending time. Party ending time means the time the clean-up begins, the band stops playing, and the bar(s) closes. House closing time is the, time when all persons are out of the building. House closing time is 1:00 am. In the event the rentee should need or want to extend these hours, prior approval is required and an additional fee will be applied.
SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
If the attendance of your event exceeds 100 guests, a security officer is required. For every additional 50 guests, one additional officer is required. One security officer shall be required to stay to the end of the evening to insure that all guests return to his or her vehicle safely and the SPACE is secured.
PARKING
The EHC has free parking on the premises. Valet parking can be an accommodation.
ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION
Alcohol may be served at EHC. The EHC reserves the right to close all bars should the EHC deem it necessary to protect the facility and the safety of individuals. Bartenders are professional and will obey the laws pertaining to the serving of alcoholic beverages. Bartenders are provided by The Perfect Bartender at a rate of $150 for a 4 hour event. Additional cost if the event goes over that time and must be arrange prior to the event date.
